T&A Construction and Vacuum Excavation was founded in Pawling, NY with one goal: deliver honest, high-quality work that protects what's underground and what's already built above it.
Over the last 7+ years our crew has grown from vacuum excavation into commercial site development, HDD directional drilling, substation and utility construction, and bridge work. The principles haven't changed: show up early, work safely, and finish what we start.
Today we run six core service lines and have completed 100+ projects for municipalities, general contractors, and private owners across Dutchess County and the wider Hudson Valley.
